Joining VNG from its very early days in 2004, Le Thi Ngoc Diep has witnessed the company’s remarkable growth from a small enterprise with 7 members to a business hiring over 1,800 employees in 3 big cities in Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi and Da Nang. As a Chief Accountant and later Finance Controller, Diep has been deeply involved in the company’s operation, overseeing not only the finance section but also other business support functions. 2008 was a turning point in Diep’s career at VNG as she assumed General Counsel role, with hopes to build a solid human resource foundation for the company’s long-term sustainable growth.
