• Finance

  The Finance folks work with all sides of our business and is key to VNG’s continued success. In addition to bookkeeping, financial analyses, and treasury management, they also ensure compliance with international accounting standards.

• Customer Support

  Users call our Customer Support for all kinds of issues – locked accounts, lost virtual items, or how to download a game without an Internet connection. No matter how trivial or serious the questions, we make sure that users are satisfied. Most importantly, as a member of CS team, you can channel user feedbacks to our product teams to further improve VNG’s services.

• Sales & Marketing

  Our Sales and Marketing people help make sure our products stay on top of the market. They develop strategies and plans across the full marketing mix, as well as execute marketing campaigns to build user awareness of our products, recruit new users, and retain users’ loyalty

• Network Engineering

  Our network team builds and maintains VNG’s network, serving more than 2,000 servers and half of Vietnam’s domestic Internet bandwidth. Operating a network for world-class data centers with the most stringent availability and security requirements allows our engineers to grow their technical capability, operational experience, and systematic working approach.

• System Engineering

  VNG requires a strong team of system engineers to maintain the largest group of servers and databases in Vietnam. Our engineers constantly seek to apply new technology to improve the system operation

• Software Development

  Our software developers build products and platforms that are used by millions of active users. When you join the team, you will likely face unusual technical challenges, high performance requirements, and high security demands.
