Hiring Process
At VNG we don’t just seek people with the right qualifications, but also those who share our core values. We apply a transparent and fair hiring process to select the most suitable people for our VNG family.
CV screening
We receive and screen all applicants based on their CV, cover letter, our job requirements, and applied time. We will consider the most suitable applications for next steps.
Interviewing
In general, we have 2 rounds of interview, one is for professional skills and the other is for soft – skills. However, for certain management position, we will conduct a 3rd round interview, in which we will discuss with you management issues, such as business strategy, and people management.
Offering
If you pass the final interview, you will receive an offer letter within 5 business days from your interview.
- We usually conduct committee interview to obtain the most comprehensive and objective evaluation about your professional knowledge, experiences, and your soft skills.
- Average time for each interview: 45 – 90 minutes.
- We commit to keeping all information that you provide during the hiring process confidential.
- We will send you the interview result within five business days
